In case of a cancellation of participation, the following cancellation fees apply:
- Up to 28 calendar days before the event: no fee
- 27 to 14 calendar days before the event: 50% of the participation fee
- Less than 14 calendar days before the event: full participation fee
If a substitute participant is provided in a timely manner, the cancellation fee is waived.
There is no entitlement to a refund of the participation fee in case of non-attendance or early departure from the seminar.
If the workshop has to be cancelled, the participation fee paid will be refunded.
In case of cancellation due to sickness, please inform us as soon as possible. We understand that such situations are unavoidable and will handle them with consideration. Please contact us (team@querverbindungen.at) to discuss your specific circumstances and possible accommodations.

Im Falle einer Stornierung der Teilnahme, fallen die folgenden Stornogebühren an:
- bis 28 Kalendertage vor Veranstaltungsbeginn: keine Gebühr
- 27 bis 14 Kalendertage vor Veranstaltungsbeginn: 50% des Teilnahmebetrags
- weniger als 14 Kalendertage vor Veranstaltungsbeginn: voller Teilnahmebetrag
Bei rechtzeitiger Bekanntgabe einer*eines Ersatzteilnehmer*in entfällt die Stornogebühr
Bei Nichtteilnahme oder Abbruch des Seminars besteht kein Anspruch auf Rückerstattung des Teilnahmebetrags.
Sollte der Workshop abgesagt werden müssen, wird der gezahlte Teilnahmebeitrag zurückerstattet.
Im Falle einer Stornierung wegen Krankheit bitten wir Euch, uns so schnell wie möglich zu informieren. Wir verstehen, dass solche Situationen unvermeidbar sind und werden sie mit Rücksicht behandeln.
